About the event
Welcome drivers! This packet is designed to help you prepare for the upcoming event. Please read through this information carefully to ensure a smooth and successful experience for you and your passengers.
WHY:
We are partnering with PCH50 to benefit the Phoenix Children's Hospital.
WHAT:
Charity Golf Tournament benefiting Phoenix Children's Hospital via PCH50
9-hole Par 3 Golf Tournament: 5:30pm - 9:00pm
After Party: 9:00pm - 11:00pm
Expected Attendance: 108 golfers

Friday, May 9th, 2025 from 5:30pm to 11:00pm.
WHERE:
Location: Grass Clippings Rolling Hills,1415 N Mill Ave, Tempe, AZ
Key Information
High Demand Periods: Expect high ping requests between 4-5pm and 11:00-11:30pm.
Designated Pick-up/Drop-off Zones: Specific zones will be designated for ride-share drivers. Please follow signage and instructions from event staff.
Traffic: Expect heavy traffic congestion around the event venue. Plan your routes accordingly.
Tips for Drivers
We are putting an emphasis on scheduling PAX rides to and from the event. Be in the area to take Uber and Lyft rides that you can convert to your PAX regular passengers. Leave your PAX app on in case pings come in. There is an expected attendance of over 100 people for the event.
Dress Code: Business casual.
Communicate with Passengers: Recommend passengers schedule the evening pick-up at time of drop off. Convert the riders to PAX for future rides!
Stay Updated: Check your group texts for any event-specific updates or notifications.
Be Patient: Expect delays due to traffic and high demand. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.
Designated PAX Zone:
We will have PAX flags by the entrance and we'll be handing cards with QR Codes to ALL of the attendees.
